Responsibilities:
- Guest Services:
- Assist in managing front desk activities, including reservations, check-in/check-out processes, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained throughout the hotel, striving for guest satisfaction.
- Staff Supervision:
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising hotel staff members.
- Coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
- Operational Support:
- Collaborate with various departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and catering, to optimize hotel operations.
- Assist in budget management, financial reporting, and inventory control.

Requirements:
